NE Japan Earthquake Day 3: Tens of Thousands Feared Dead in Miyagi; Rolling Blackouts Planned in Tokyo; Power Company Apologizes; 8 of 11 Nuclear Reactors Which Automatically Shut Down Are Unstable

Deaths in Miyagi “Must Be in the Tens of Thousands” According to the Prefectural Chief of Police

Naoto Takeuchi, Chief of the Miyagi Prefectural Police Department, estimated the death toll from the massive earthquake and tsunamis which struck eastern Japan and decimated Miyagi will rise to five figures in his prefecture alone.

There are ten thousand people missing from a single Miyagi village, Minamisanriku [cho means “village”]. In Iwate Prefecture, there are ten thousand missing from Otsuchi, including the mayor, and the majority of the 19,000 residents in Yamada cannot be found. There are 1189 people missing in Fukushima Prefecture, and the death and MIA counts are rising. Also, the Weather Bureau has revised the magnitude of the quake from 8.8 to 9.0, making it one of the worst ever recorded on a global scale.

Acording to a report from the police department on the morning of the 13th, over 200 corpses were discovered in the Nobiru neighborhood of Higashimatsushima City, and burials are beginning there. Another report from that city’s office released at 5:30 PM updated the earthquake death toll to 985 and the rolls for missing and injured persons to 707 and 1710, respectively. In Sendai City, 200-300 more corpses were discovered, bringing the number of dead and missing persons over 2000. Over 270,000 people there are refugees.

On the night of the 13th, the Prime Minister’s office announced to the citizenry that it has approved rolling blackouts in Tokyo from the 14th.

The Prime Minister asked for understanding in his statement: “This was a very distressing decision to make because it will cause so much inconvenience. We hope you will be resilient in the face of this news.”

President of Tokyo Electric Power Company Apologizes on Behalf of Company: “I Apologize from the Bottom of my Heart for the Worry and Confusion We Have Caused”
Yomiuri Shimbun: 東電社長が陳謝「心配とご迷惑…心からおわび」

On the night of the 13th, Tokyo Electric Power Company President Masataka Shimizu held his first press conference about the run of trouble at the Fukushima I Nuclear Reactors following the Great Northeastern Earthquake. He said, “I apologize from the bottom of my Heart for the worry and confusion we have caused.”

Of the 11 Nuclear Reactors Which Automatically Shut Down After the Earthquake, Only 3 Are Stable

Because of the Great Northeastern Earthquake, Tokyo Electric Power Company’s three I reactors and four II reactors in Fukushima, Tōhoku Electric’s three Onagawa reactors, and Japan Nuclear Power’s II reactor, 11 in all, automatically shut down on account of shaking.

According to the Economy, Trade and Industry Ministry’s Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency and each company’s president, only three of these plants have a reactor temperature under 100°C and air pressure close to that of the atmosphere, or a “cool stop”: Fukushima II No. 3 and Onagawa Nos. 1 and 3.

When a plant shuts down, control rods are inserted to stop the nuclear reactions. However, even when reactions stop, because there is a high level of hot steam inside the fuel, continued cooling is necessary to preserve safety.

According to the Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency, since outside electrical power was cut off by the earthquake, seawater was pumped in as a coolant, and pumps were damaged by tsunamis, in Fukushima I No. 2 and Fukushima II Nos. 1, 2, and 4, the cooling took extra time. On the afternoon of the 12th, a cool stop at Fukushima II No. 3 was confirmed.

Of Fukushima I No. 3, which lost its ability to cool, and whose uranium has now mixed with strongly poisonous plutonium inside, they said, “This is definitely because the cooling process went wrong. We don’t have a specialized response in mind.”

Since the morning of the 13th, seawater mixed with barium has been pumped into I-3. Emergency seawater was also pumped into I-1, but in order to limit damage to the equipment and make it reusable, now only liquid barium is being introduced.

    To avoid Tokyo artificial earthquake

If you find Jewish trying to evacuate from Tokyo,it could mean another artificial earthquake on Tokyo!

I do not discuss the detail for a while, but we can’t miss the fact that thousands of Jewish people then working at World Trade Center twin buildings, for some reason, kept themselves from the twin tower on that day when the 9/11 terrorist attack occurred, and none of them were victimized from the tragedy.
Please notice us if you find your Jewish friends evacuate from the Tokyo metropolitan area. Please make a lot of fuss on net. Our aim is to stop them from practicing their conspiracy, to make them giving up their plan of attacking Tokyo with artificial earthquakes. We won’t let them destroy Japan anymore!
