Graduation in Japan

They’ve changed, but they can’t explain it; they love each other, but they can’t express it. Given one more chance to speak to their homeroom class before scattering to a dozen high schools, the graduates either fell back on the phrases of gratitude and determination they’ve heard a thousand times before or collapsed into their desks and shed tears instead of words.
