“Spider-Man” in Passive Voice

The Day: June 16, 2009.
The Mission: Write a monologue for the 9th grade listening test. Use passive voice.
The Result:

(…drumroll…)

Peter Parker is very shy. He was raised by his grandparents. Mary Jane is loved by Peter, but she doesn’t know that. One day, Peter is bitten by a spider, and he is really changed! He gets many super powers. He can jump very far and run very fast, and he is very strong. He uses his powers for fun. But then his grandfather is killed. This makes Peter very sad. So he decides to use his powers to help other people. Many monsters and bad people are caught by Peter. He is called “Spider-Man.” This movie made me really excited! Now I want to be a superhero teacher.
